To register, you need to only complete
the required fields marked with an (*). However, for those of
you who complete ALL questions upon your initial registration,
the builder will provide a $250 credit towards closing
costs when you purchase one of our fine homes.
Due to the nature and demand for The Lakehouse,
we have implemented an innovative Priority Presale Program. This
program will allow us to keep our future homeowners abreast of all
community updates while we're moving through our final planning stages.
Slightly more importantly, it will allow us as the developer to understand
the needs and desires of our future homeowners so we can create the
ideal resort community lifestyle and atmosphere for year round or
seasonal living that will exceed your expectations.
Please take a few moments to answer each question carefully, as your
answers will help us to determine the many customized details that
will become part of your new home and neighborhood.
Our Bungalow residences will consist
of single-family detached homes ranging in size from approximately
1,250 to 1,750 a/c sq. ft. and will be priced from the $200s.
Our Cottage residences will
consist of single-family detached homes ranging in size
from just under 2,000 a/c sq. ft. to over 3,000 a/c sq.
ft and will be priced from the $300s
Prices, plans and specifications subject
to change without notice. Development and construction of The Lakehouse
(including without limitation, all features, amenities, housing,
clubs, etc.) are contingent upon receipt of all applicable government
